Benjamin Jones walked toward Jackson Taylor, who was roughly dragging Aunt Claudia. “Mr. Taylor, I am Aunt Claudia’s attorney. Benjamin Jones furrowed his brow and looked at Abigail. “Miss Green, do you need assistance?”

“No need. I will handle things here. You take Aunt Claudia and leave.” Abigail ignored Lincoln Green’s roar, speaking familiarly to Benjamin Jones.

“Abigail, I won’t leave…” Aunt Claudia refused. Abigail stood up against the Green family for her; she couldn’t leave Abigail alone.

Jackson Taylor, escorted by the prosecution personnel, heard Abigail’s unfeeling words. Seeing Aunt Claudia, whom he had humiliated and beaten, standing high and seemingly mocking him, he flew into a rage.
